Actually, we liked this dealership and that is not something we usually say after buying a car. No problems...right car and the right price! They got it ready very quickly and we were surprised at the something we usually say after buying a car. No problems...right car and the right price! They got it ready very quickly and we were surprised at the fairness of the finance department, as well. Service has been like clockwork for the 2 years we owned our 2007 TL. Like any place you patronize where there are many variables such as your purchase price, trade-in allowance, term of loan and interest rates...just do your homework and be careful! More

I ordered my new Denali from the factory just the way I wanted it which included a "Corsa Performance Exhaust System" which for only $1,000.00 more would make it match Escalades 400 horsepower. The Sales Manager told me he would install that at the dealership along with the GMC 22" wheels. Longs story short, they put a GMC exhaust system that makes my new vehicle sound like a race car even at low speed and does not meet the performance standards of the well known "Corsa" which I paid for. When I went to the sales manager with the issue, he assured me he would replace it with the Corsa as soon as it came available as they were not even in existence yet. He got fired, but the sales person that was assigned to my deal new of what had happened. I had approx. 20 emails documenting the scam. When the exhaust cam out and I wanted it installed, it was turned over theo the G. Manager who said unless I could prove it in writing there would be no replacement and was extremely nasty regarding the entire situation. I got ripped off and the GM absolutly knew it and condoned it. More
My Acura was involved in a collision prior to delivery to me. I noticed a vibration on the drive home but did not report it immediately. I wrongly assumed that it was a wheel out of balance. The general me. I noticed a vibration on the drive home but did not report it immediately. I wrongly assumed that it was a wheel out of balance. The general manager, Dan Schexnayder - dan.schexnayder@kingmail.us, offered no help and instead took the approach of blaming me for the damage. This was a terrible experience and I will not buy another Acura - a BWM, Lexus, or Infinity are in my near future. With dealers like Fountain Acura run by managers such as Dan Schexnayder, it's no wonder that Acura is fading out of existance. This is my LAST one. More
