I have known Brian for quite some time now; he sold me my first new vehicle, second, and now third. As if this was not enough, he has also sold my mom, stepdad, and aunt their vehicles as well. On a more personal experience, Brian has been extremely helpful each time I have come to him when I am in great need of a vehicle. My credit is not the easiest number work with, but I manage to leave with a new car each time, thanks to a great team. More

Brian Garrett was outstanding from day one when I started shopping around for the best deal. I explained to him what I wanted over the phone and that was all. He checked his inventory and shipment coming in to see it there was one with the options I wanted. Unfortunately, there was none. Right away Brian assured me he could place an order out of Japan and have it here by March. I told Brian I would call and let him know what I decide. After hanging up from Brian, I told my wife I would be buying my car from Fountain Auto Mall out of all the other dealers I had contacted. The reason was the way Brian dealt with me over the phone, in a professional way, no pressure, knowledge of the vehicle and best of all the price he gave me. I contacted Brian the next day and had him place the order; throughout the time he would keep me up to date with the latest on the shipment. I even threw a curve ball in the equation by changing the color, but Brian did his magic and still was able to deliver my car with the change of color I wanted in March. I had asked Brian to contact me the minute the car arrived at the dealership. The salesperson Brian is, I receive that call and we made arrangements, as I was not from Orlando. Brian offered to come in on his day off to close the deal but I told him that was not necessary, as I am a firm believer of family time. On my arrival in Orlando, I contacted Brian (who was at one of the theme park with his family) letting him know I was in town, we decided to meet at the dealership between 0915 and 0930 the following day. However, a few hours later I received a call from Brian saying he was called in and if I wanted to come over and look at the car (such dedication). Unfortunately, I had made dinner arrangements with friends, so I had to restrain myself. Never the less the next day I drove into the dealership at 0925 and Brian was there to great my wife, my son and myself. That impressed me, as I am a person I do respect appointments. Right away we felt so comfortable, we went to his office and he had all the paper work all laid out ready for us, very organized and every thing went smoothly and professionally. We then had the tag transfer and other paper work done by Luis Davila, also a great person who made us quite comfortable. My experience with Fountain Auto Mall, I must admit was excellent and it was all because of the caliber of a salesperson Brian Garrett is. Would I recommend others to Fountain Auto Mall? Most definitely, and of course to speak with THE MAN Brian Garrett I think I made a huge mistake in letting my son drive half of the journey home, so Brian I might be seeing you or calling you soon. My experience at Fountain Auto Mall was Excellent. They make me a good deal and I'm happy with the deal I made. Obviously he wants to make the deal.But how many Salesman you know that do that kind of sacrifice. We travel from Volusia county to Orlando to have our vehicle serviced at Fountain GMC. Fountain GMC and Brian, the service manager, always make sure to take special care of us when we make the trip over to Orlando to service our vehicles. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. When another dealer suggested something was wrong with our Allison transmission and insisted on large repairs with high costs, we took our truck to Fountain for a second opinion. They told us we did not need those costly repairs and fixed the minor engine issue in less than 45 minutes. We appreciate the honesty and trust Fountain with all 8 of our diesel GMC trucks. More

I had a very pleasant experience in making my recent vehicle purchase at Fountain Mitsubishi. I recently tried to purchase my leased MDX. I first checked my credit on all three credit report agencies. They all said I was over 700. “Great” Just wait you will not believe this. I applied and they checked my credit on all three credit report agencies. They all said I was over 700. “Great” Just wait you will not believe this. I applied and they were very nice BUT, they called back and told me my credit was 55 points less than what Equifax said. I told them that something was wrong. They said no way. So I sent them my credit report. They call back and told me there are two Equifax reports one for you and one for us. Just wait it gets better. I called Acura national customer service. The guy I talked to could not believe what I told him so he was nice enough to let me listen in on a phone call with a dealership in Jacksonville, Fl. He asked the finance manager if it is possible for the credit report that he get through Acura financial / Honda Financial could be 55 points less than the Equifax report that everyone else gets on line. The finance manager said yes all the time and sometimes it could be 100 points. The Acura customer service Rep was speechless and so was I. Wait Wait don’t go away yet this get even better. I called Experian the company that I pay to get my reports so I can stay on top of everything. The nice lady told me after I told her my dilemma and checking with someone else, that some car companies re-factor the numbers. That means they take the real score and work them one way or the other. So I asked the nice lady it seems to me that Acura USA is playing with loaded dice and she said there is nothing I can do. So I called Fountain Acura back and asked if they could send me the report they got from their finance department and they said no. So if are planning on buying an Acura you need to start with a score of 830 then you may be able to finance a car with Acura Please note: I am not picking on Fountain Acura, all Acura dealership end up going back to the same place for approvals.
