Didn't get a dog and pony show. I never felt any pressure from Brian Garrett. He gave me a price on the phone and that was the price all the way out door. Brian was very helpfull and made the enitre car buying experience easy and quick with none of the typical pressure or games that I have seen in other dealships. I started with a request for an online quo experience easy and quick with none of the typical pressure or games that I have seen in other dealships. I started with a request for an online quote that was replied within an hour both by email and by phone. We were not able to test drive on the orignal day we planned but Brian kept in contact but more in a friendly way than pushy as I had seen in other dealerships. The thing that made this dealership and Brian stand out was that he provided an excellent quote for a car by vin # from the car's on their site. This was extreamly helpfull and allowed us to find what we were looking for without having to worry about a switch when we arrived on-site. Brian has been also helpfull in working through the process and following up after the sale with other questions that have come up. Brian showed us that there are still sales people and dealerships that do still care about the customer and are looking for more than just making a quick sale by making relationships. More
