My wife and I went looking for a new car on a Saturday when we had my mom in town to babysit for us. We only had one day to visit many dealers, and Fountain Auto Mall was our first stop to look at the Ac when we had my mom in town to babysit for us. We only had one day to visit many dealers, and Fountain Auto Mall was our first stop to look at the Acura. I went into the dealer thinking the the Acura was one of the "middle of the pack" choices, but ended up leaving the dealer thinking about 90% sure that the Acura would be the one. We arrived, and Miseal (MJ) greeted us and was very helpful to show us the MDX. Rather than interrogate us, he simply showed us what there is to like about the MDX to help us understand if this vehicle would meet our needs. We took the test drive and felt pretty good about it. Then came the part of the day to talk numbers. MJ went to speak with his manager and then returned to us, saying that he understood our situation, that we did not have a lot of time to spend, and he immediately gave us the bottom line price, which was better than my expectations. I had done research online as to what I should have expected to end up paying, and he had the price beat by pretty good margin. At that point, we did our due diligence to try a couple of the competition that we had on our list, but none could compare. The vehicles in the same price range, as far as we were concerned, were not up to par with the Acura. The staff at the other dealers were not either, and that is important to us because buying a car is the beginning of a long term relationship with a dealer. It is not like a Ford or Chevy dealer where you have several in an area. When you buy an Acura, Lexus, Infiniti or other luxury vehicles, you pretty much have one dealer in the area, so you had better find a good one. That we did. More

We've been to other dealership and hate talking to dealers coz they take advantage of you. til you end up paying more. They intimidate a lot. Very informative and patient. gives us time to think and we feel at ease .Gives us all the options and great deals we can have. helped us till the end with the same level of energy since we came in.Spent almost 5 hours even when the weather is bad. didn't show any signs of irritability. Very dedicated. Checks on us frequently see if were ok. Assist us till almost 10pm and made sure we got everything we need. Assist us up to the parking lot. Very very nice guy.. that's why i make sure to do the survey. so people will know i'll recommend Brian Garrett with 5 STAR SERVIVE *****. You make a huge difference on how i look at the dealers. i will definitely refer you to everyone... keep up the good work!!! More
