This is my 5th car that I have purchased from this dealership. Carlos is a top notch sales person who knows his product and can answer any question. Brian and Andrew really worked with me so that I felt I received a decent price for the 2 cars I bought and to give me a reasonable trade in price. My experience at Fountain Auto Mall was very smooth and easy going. I first came there I was nervous and scared that I wouldn't get a car but Van made me feel relax and she went through the process with me easy going. MJ was very helpful, showed us several vehicles and did a search for what we were looking for since they did not have it. He never pressured us in the least. The service department is top notch at Fountain Acura. My service advisor Justin Jones took excellent care of my 2004 Acura TL. Justin was also nice enough to work with me on the pricing so I knew I was getting the best deal possible. They do excellent work and really know how to take care of their customers. We were considering an MDX for purchase and they were nice enough to give us an MDX Loaner car so we could spend some time with the MDX before deciding to purchase. I have also had the opportunity to work with Debbie Jones the manager of the service department on the phone a few times prior to my visit. I had a check engine light on my 2004 Acura TL and she was nice enough to help me diagnose the problem over the phone. She even said I should have the car worked on locally since it probably wasn't safe to drive to Orlando. I don't know about you but I have never experienced this type of amazing service at a dealership before. We are now service customers for life. Thanks for the excellent service. The Jones More
