We've actually developed an ongoing saying concerning this Service Department on OBT, Come in for $5.00 part, Leave with $3.00 Customer Service and $1000.00 bill. Please fix this in any way that you can. You have such a great and talented team, don't let them keep getting their ratings lowered by the lowered standard your service Department is working so hard to Maintain. We love our car, but dread having to bring it their for anything. And though we don't mind paying for service, please find an honest team who can give exactly what they promise, and not what suits their paychecks. Perhaps you should just stand around the corner and listen to your future sales plummeting, due to the many customers calling time and time again, trying not to yell at your service department for promises not kept, or things done incorrectly.. Or perhaps you should have someone call and try themselves to get through to your service Department, as it rings with no answer (all day-any day) after 100 rings just to get hung-up on. Out the door In under three hours I got a flyer in the mall reading my car was in high demand but I ignored it then a few days later I got a call saying there is a shortage of my vehic I got a flyer in the mall reading my car was in high demand but I ignored it then a few days later I got a call saying there is a shortage of my vehicle so I said what the heck and scheduled a time to go in. I showed up and my Sales guy was awesome and he worked with his manager to make sure i could get what I wanted and nobody was wasting anyone's time. They had the exact car i wanted and we were able to swap in my 2013 tsx lease for a 2015 tlx lease with maintenance included and $0 down for $4 more than my previous payment. It was a no brainier! I highly recommend Roberto and Fountain Acura! More

Superb Car Knowledge & Service I worked with Carlos as he made sure that I was well taken care off. Even though he was busy at the time he still came to me to make sure that I was doing well as all of the other sales man were ignoring me. I was very frustrated however, Carlos turned all of that around. He got us a bottled of water while we waited and a couple of minutes later he came by and we looked at some of the used vehicles he had in the lot. Out of the vehicles that we looked at he knew the vehicles inside and out. Very knowledgeable of their vehicles and I admire this very much. I would recommend anyone to work with Carlos any day. He was not pushy at all and extremely honest. More
