Worst service department in the industry. They do not back their work and have zero integrity. If they break your car during the service, they take no responsibility and had the audacity to They do not back their work and have zero integrity. Left me with a repair of >$1,700 which I will eventually do by myself or take it to a competent set of mechanics, as they don't reside at Foundation Kia WR. Never did I think they would pull this with a Stinger customer. Absolutely "scummy". Do not go there. The GM, Matt Tom, tried to get me help but in the end was ineffective and the Service Department appears to be allowed to screw over customers that have cars over 100K. Their work is shoddy at best. I scheduled an oil change and needed a diagnostic on my front axle. Kia couldn’t perform the diagnostic only the oil change so I made a second appointment for three weeks later. Kia still couldn’t perform a diagnostic on my second appointment because the time of the appointment got here at 3 o’clock they said they couldn’t do it because it was too late in the day schedule a third appointment … Now Josh said the parts that they installed were not warranty and they had to charge me all over again. Would know that they don’t warranty their work. very disappointed More

I saw my car pull up to finish area & I waited a solid 10min, finally I went up & the guy had no answer why he didn’t call me up. My breaks had no squeaking before I went in but drove home & next day they are squeaking. It’s A 2024 I got it in October. WHERE IS JOSHUA! Whoever let him go should be fired! He & his team were awesome! Now for the price I pay for an oil change + tire rotation is a rip off! I’m a disabled veteran & I wasn’t even given an offer for discount. I read my over view page & it said change cabin filter $75. I went to advance auto & bought a nice cabin filter $6. & foundation want over $40 for part & I YouTube & installed it MYSELF for free & foundation wanted $35.! It’s 99% lean I will not be going back for ANY services! & I most definitely will tell others who ask me about my review of foundation KIA & will give them MY best opinion. More
Purchase was fine. Now that we need warranty service for the battery, they offered us an appointment 25 days away. Unacceptable. Buy your car somewhere else. After making an all cash payment, we flew three hours to pick up our vehicle and waited 4 hours for the dealership to finish tinting windows and getting vehicle ready. After receiving the notification that our car was finished and ready to be picked up, we booked a plane ticket for a week later to pick up the vehicle only to find out they had lied and it was still not ready. Severely disappointed in our salesperson George. He presented a price higher than what was agreed upon (more than a thousand dollars over original price) and only changed it after we claimed we wouldn’t sign the incorrect paperwork. Luckily Jason from finance was there to make sure it didn’t take any longer for us to receive our vehicle before starting our long drive home. I’m very disappointed with this dealership and would go out of my way to use a different one. Do Better! More
