Beware this dealership! I contacted them after soliciting a Sam's Club price on a new Kia K5. I was called by a salesperson and was given a "firm" trade in price. The next day, I drove 45 minutes, with bank a Sam's Club price on a new Kia K5. I was called by a salesperson and was given a "firm" trade in price. The next day, I drove 45 minutes, with bank check in hand and clear title in hand. After waiting for 45 minutes while the managers "reviewed" my offer, I was then told that the Sam's Club price was a mistake and that they wanted an additional $3000! I walked! More
