The warranty company is a joke and will void your forever warranty at anytime. I called to get authorization for an oil change as required for the contract. Without knowing really any information about the oil used they spouted off 6 months 7500 miles you went over your warranty is invalid. From what I knew I was using synthetic oil and that's 12 months 10000 miles intervals. That's in their contract but the guy didn't really care. The aftermarket warranty that they sell has a deductible but if you don't watch it you will be paying the deductible plus diagnostic fee as they don't pay for diagnostic fees even though they are required to fix the vehicle. More

I came in knowing what I wanted and we agreed to a deal. I feel Ryan gave for me a fair deal and I would recommend Ryan to any one of my friends and family with confidence. He changed my view on dealer salesmen and made the car buying experience very pleasant. Thank you Ryan!! More

Poorest customer service I have ever seen in regards to their service department. Here is why: I was notified by Kia regarding two recalls on my vehicle. Later I was given the go-ahead in a separate their service department. Here is why: I was notified by Kia regarding two recalls on my vehicle. Later I was given the go-ahead in a separate letter to schedule the appointment. Issue #1: Trying to get a hold of anyone to schedule something is like panning for gold. Yes, you can schedule online, but if you have specific questions, especially when it involves recalls, be ready to play the largest game of phone tag of your life. Get ready to leave a voicemail on Bri’s line - which all the ambassadors basically push to her as they are stretched and understaffed. Issue #2: While they say that they service Boulder, it is easily an hour drive one way to this place, with no compensation other than comping an Uber if you live within 10 miles (so basically just Arvada). At $5 a gallon, I basically spent close to 4 hours on the road today just to try and get these recalls fixed. Issue #3: They we’re going to charge $70 for an oil change (normally $40 at any nearby mechanic), $75 to change an engine filter (normally $15 that you can do yourself), and $40 for an air cabin filter (normally $10 that you can do yourself) that this team happened to find during the “multipoint inspection” while doing the recalls - basically and absolute rip-off. Issue #4 (The Big One): I waited most of the day and then suddenly got a text saying my vehicle was ready, followed by another text saying that they had to order a part for one of the recalls. Mind you - this appointment had been made for over a month, and the form that Kia sent stated that the part was ready and available to be fixed in my vehicle. After I tried to get some answers and clarify via text, I was completely left unanswered by TeElle until AFTER I picked up my vehicle. Pretty terrible customer service and communication on her part. I tried to call Brittany (the Service Manager) afterwards, but to my surprise (sarcasm), went immediately to voicemail which was also completely full. So, now I have to wait until they get this part to get my vehicle fixed, I have to schedule it all over again, plan out 4 hours of both me and my spouses day to go drop off and pick up. Honestly, this will be the last time I will be working with Foundation Kia, and most likely the last time I will ever have a Kia. No customer service, no empathy, no help, and not even any gesture for the inconvenience. As someone who works in hospitality, I am appalled at how you simply don’t care. You barely even ran my car under a hose without me asking. Never again. 👎 More

When I called the phone number I was given the email address for a Kyoder who never responded I left voicemail that was never responded to. I called several times with no response! If anyone is interested in purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer be very careful what you wish for. After the sale is complete you will be dissatisfied with the customer service. At the very least they should have the decency to return a call or email Terribley disrespectful to former customers Won't ever do business there again I'm going to tell everyone I know to avoid MedVed at all costs. I received a call from Nick on Wednesday letting me know they had a Telluride for me to test drive. We setup an appointment for Thursday at 1:00. I received an email confirming the appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to only be told he sold the car the previous afternoon. The service manager said the other Tellurides they had were not ready for test driving. Nick stated he was too busy to let me know they no longer had the vehicle for me to test drive at my scheduled appt time. Very poor customer service and consideration. More
