I waited in the service lane for 5 minutes and no one came out so I thought I was in the wrong place and pulled around, got out and tried to figure out where to go in. (1st time at this dealership). There is no place for the customer to sit and discuss what needs to be done. Rick offered me his stool but otherwise the service area is a counter style so the customer needs to stand which can be difficult when you are handicapped. The people I came in contact with were friendly. My service took about 2 hours. I requested they wash the inside of my windshield and back window as I have difficulty reaching them and they did. (Thank you). They didn't try to push additional services, which was nice and they honered competitors coupons, which was good for me. All in all it was a good experience. More
