Extremely satisfied with Medved KIA! I researched Ford, Toyota, and KIA manufactured vehicles for 90 days prior to my purchase. KIA was chosen due to Consumer Reports recommendation over the other two manufactures. Owner satisfaction, reliability, and price (MSRP) were extremely important. I drove the vehicle on dry and snow packed streets in order to test the AWD capabilities and the Sorento, my choice, performed better that my four wheel drive Tahoe and my wife's front wheel drive Volkswagen Beetle. I contacted three of the local dealerships, all of them claiming to have the lowest price. Medved was the third establishment I contacted and committed to the price the most to my liking. I was apprehensive about my visit to the showroom because of past experiences with sales personnel in the course of past vehicle purchases That apprehension was unfounded. Three Medved employees went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were treated in the most extremely friendly and respectful way. Not only would I buy another Vehicle from Medved, but I would advise my friends to shop there as well. More

Good customer service from Daniel I was helped upon immediate arrival which was nice and waited only an hour. I understand the car wash wasn't open due to weather conditions in January I was helped upon immediate arrival which was nice and waited only an hour. I checked my windshield wiper one when I got home and saw it hadn't been. Also it would have been nice if the floors were vacuumed. I've had old vehicles serviced at other places where they do that. This is why I can only give 4/5 stars. More
