Oil Change - Appointment Made *****DON"T WAISTE YOUR TIME HERE***** First of all none of these employees walking around were wearing masks!!! No one is socially distancing thems *****DON"T WAISTE YOUR TIME HERE***** First of all none of these employees walking around were wearing masks!!! No one is socially distancing themselves. Yet when you book the appointment you as a guest are asked to where a mask? I booked an appointment almost 2 weeks out for an oil change at 8am. I arrived today at 7:50am. I was the first one their and asked how long an oil change would take. The guy said well I don't know like an hour to hour and a half. I said "really?!" just for an oil change. He then quickly changed his statement to say "oh I am sorry yes an oil change about 30 min" I thanked him and let him know that was good because I needed to get to work. He then proceeded to try to charge me $70 and I explained I have the warranty service. He pretended to look into his computer and then said "I am sorry yes you do, as part of your warranty you have a tire change and car wash." I told him I appreciated that but that I was in a hurry and just needed an oil change for today. At 9:15am!!! Yes 9:15 after 4 PEOPLE CAME AND HAD GONE, I went to the desk and asked where my car was. Another guy looked confused and said he'd be right back. At 9:30!!! YES 9:30am they said my car was almost done. AT THIS POINT I AM FURIOUS!!! How the xxxx does an appointment made oil change take over an hour and half? I finally get my car at 9:40am. The guy isn't wearing a mask and had ZERO respect for social distancing, and my car didn't have that oil service liner on the bottom or the wrapping on the seat like usual. I immediately felt that I had to sanitize my own car before driving off. I drive off get on the highway and realize they had left in some kind of service mode!!!! NOW I AM ON THE HIGHWAY AND CAN'T SET CRUISE CONTROL OR REALLY TEL MY SPEED LIMIT!!! Needless to say I will never go back and I am canceling my warranty and going to local oil change places around town that knows what Guest Service is. Thank you, More
