!!!DO NOT BUY HERE!!! The most unprofessional car dealership I’ve ever experienced (or any business for that matter). We wasted an entire day at this dealership, now have two hard pulls on our cre dealership I’ve ever experienced (or any business for that matter). We wasted an entire day at this dealership, now have two hard pulls on our credit, and purchased insurance for a car that we were forced to walk away from because of a textbook BAIT & SWITCH. Came in today to finalize a lease after a deal was worked out over the course of a week. I was upfront and highly informative about my credit from day one as I didn’t want to waste my (or anyone’s) time if slightly less than average credit would be an issue. I gave a highly accurate depiction of what my credit score looked like and I was assured multiple times that my credit was well within the acceptable range and not at all an issue for the deal we made, since I was doing a single pay lease. First red flag - the incentive we had discussed multiple times via text over the last few days no longer existed. Literally… poof…. the $1000 off instantly disappeared the moment we came back to the dealership. Their excuse… that offer shouldn’t have been offered and the manager that made that offer wasn’t there so they can’t possibly honor it. Having already driven out of our way and wasted a good chunk of our day to get to this point, I reluctantly conceded and agreed to the new price, confirming that there would be no more surprises with the price. Second red flag - remember the “offer” that was no longer being offered? Yeah that one. It now only applied to a single vehicle which had been sitting on the lot for some time and was now being kept at their storage lot a “couple” miles away… but they wanted me to sign for it sight unseen. Naturally, I felt uncomfortable signing anything without seeing a vehicle which had sat so long that it had to be moved to storage. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience for asking to see this vehicle before signing anything. We waited another hour for them to go get the vehicle and upon inspection, I agreed to move forward with the terms we had discussed. Third red flag - credit pulls begin. Quite some time had passed and I was told to move forward with purchasing insurance for the vehicle… I confirmed yet again that our credit was not an issue before doing so. I was told… and I quote… “the manager would have told me by now if there were any issues”. So I purchase insurance and we wait. !!!SURPRISE!!! Our salesman returns and says our price may be a “little” higher due to our credit LOL. You mean the same credit we’ve discussed since day one? The same credit we based these quotes on? The same credit I very accurately depicted a week ago and was assured over and over would not be an issue? Yep, that credit. BAM… the price just increased another $800. So now we’re a full $1800 higher than the “all-in” price that was literally discussed that morning. The manager on duty came over to discuss and refused to budge an inch despite the direct lies we were sold all day. Beyond that, he had the arrogance to make us feel like WE wasted HIS time for “making him” get the car from the other lot LOL. How dare you. You wasted OUR entire day based on false pretenses and high pressure, slimy sales tactics. And when we refused to play into your bait and switch game, you have the audacity to accuse us of wasting your time? Again, here we are without a car… not one, but two hard pulls on our credit (why in the world did they pull our credit twice without asking?)… prepaid insurance for a car that’s not ours… and my ENTIRE day off from work wasted. The real cherry on top is being accused of wasting their time though. So if you like wasting your valuable day off to be belittled for not paying thousands more at the last minute, then this is absolutely the dealership you should go to. If, like me, you value your time and money, please please please do yourself a favor and do not waste a moment of your life at this dealership. More

Noah Toro was absolutely terrible to work with and I will never work with Foundation Hyundai EVER! If I could, I'd give Noah Toro 0 STARS! After getting shafted by another Foundation Hyundai in Boulder ( never work with Foundation Hyundai EVER! If I could, I'd give Noah Toro 0 STARS! After getting shafted by another Foundation Hyundai in Boulder (who changed the deal just 24hrs later), I worked for 8hrs to get a deal done with Foundation Hyundai in Westminster. 1hr before our scheduled time to get the car, Noah Toro withheld the deal sheet and quote and wouldn't send it to me. This is despite the fact 3 other Hyundai dealerships sent quotes without seeing the car. Its just playing games. Noah finally got on the phone, and while I may not have been perfectly business-like with my communication, he said he would not deal with me. I've spent 16hrs with 2 Hyundai dealerships trying to get a deal done, and after getting completely lied to by one dealer in Boulder, I think its fair to be highly frustrated when the 2nd dealer plays games. I DO NOT RECOMMEND working with Noah Toro or Foundation Hyundai as they play games, waste time, and were not honest in their process. STAY AWAY! UPDATE 10.21.24: I was emailed saying 'Foundation Hyundai said they have worked to resolve your issue.' They have not - and they're not being honest about Noah Toro who told his sales associate he would not send me a deal sheet until he saw the trade in. Yet every other dealership send me a deal sheet without seeing the trade in. Foundation Hyundai is not being accurate in their claims. It was only after telling my sales associate and then Noah (when he finally got on the phone) he is perfectly capable of sending a deal sheet would he even consider sending one. In other words, Noah Toro admitted he could send me a deal sheet with the offer, but that it would potentially be amended if they valued the trade in differently. This is basically them saying "Yes, we can send you a deal sheet/offer, but we didn't want to because we wanted to see the trade in first." The whole point of getting the deal sheet before coming in was to see if we were even in the ballpark about the numbers. If they were off, there was no reason for me to drive in, add more miles to my trade in and waste time. For 5-10 mins, Noah Toro told his sales associated he wouldn't send a deal sheet until he saw the trade in. Hence their statements are not accurate about the situation. It was at that point I got frustrated with Foundation Hyundai since they were the second one to play games. I did not make my comments about Noah Toro personally on the call, but was merely commenting on the process and how it was no pro of them to waste my time this way when they were perfectly capable of sending a deal sheet without seeing the car. Their response is even more telling of how they want to 'color' the situation when they handled the situation poorly after 8hrs of trying to make a deal from them in Westminster, and another 8hrs from the Boulder store. 16hrs of wasted time and no "Hey, we're sorry about this." The only bright spot was the sales associate Zee who did a great job. The dealership/managers were terrible, hence this review. Foundation Hyundai responded "Thanks for the update Chris, we 100% stand by our first response, and disagree that you were looking for a ballpark on the BMW trade-in, rather you were looking for a solid value that would not change, which caused your frustration. Noah specifically said, we would send you the quote, and the trade-in value might change after we look at the vehicle, in person, which incited your tirade. This will be the last response we send on this situation. We wish you the best!" I love how they are telling me how I felt & that they know more about that then I do personally. I wasn't asking for something solid/fixed/permanent on my trade in. I was asking for the deal sheet to see if we were in the ballpark or not to not waste time. I got frustrated by the games & having to argue with Noah just to get a deal sheet and having spent 16hrs just to get to this point. More
