They sold me a car that was new, but had almost 700 miles on it and still had trash inside. The odometer disclosure stated the vehicle had 12 miles. Mauricio the sales agent I was talking to said they had to talk to the sales manager. Turns out Mauricio is the sales manager. So after I made my offer they sold the car I was trying to buy. I find this completely underhanded and dishonest. Just because I was an online shopper (especially during COVID) I shouldn't be treated with disrespect. Then they tried switch me to a different car claiming it was the same except for color. This was not true. The car I was buying (Stock #: NH145651) had a MSRP of $25,684. Their "same" car had an MSRP of $25,429. They are not the same. Further, I had already stated I did not want that car. In my opinion avoid these guys like the plague. Can't trust them at all. On Nov. 15,21 I helped facilitate a Hyundai Kona purchase at Foundation Hyundai of Boulder. I spoke with or visited “Every” Hyundai dealer in the state of Colorado and not one of them was helpful. Each and at Foundation Hyundai of Boulder. I spoke with or visited “Every” Hyundai dealer in the state of Colorado and not one of them was helpful. Each and every one had Zero concept of Customer Service. Thankfully I was referred to Tyler (G.M.), Ali (Mgr.)and Mike (Customer Service/Sales). I drove 1 ½ hours each way (3Hrs) past all of those other dealers to see them and they delivered 120% on everything I was told. They were fully transparent, very professional, and answered every question. There was just an “Ease of Business” about them. A big Thanks and Kudo’s to Tyler and his team. Where do I start 1 star is too many stars for how terrible this dealerships service department is I had a warranty and they fixed my car a year ago with a used motor they picked with higher miles the terrible this dealerships service department is I had a warranty and they fixed my car a year ago with a used motor they picked with higher miles then what is reported on my odometer the motor blew again they took it in a month ago and played the staying away game they implied once dropped off that it was not scheduled and then after 3 weeks they stated they will not replace it because the intake that the motor they put in was a after market intake and stated the screws holding the intake are not original so I complained and they said they will file another claim and they just called me and stated they will not do the repair because our warranty is expired they waited till it was expired to tell me that and will not fix it I’ve had it over a month there and they decline the claim on the 2nd motor they put in it.
