Great service at this location. The service department folks were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my service and found quite a few issues. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. All in all a great experience which sometimes is unusual in this day and age. I will certainly utilize them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job team. More
Took my Hyundai sonata hybrid for service because of an alarm, another mechanic recommended an ABS replacement. I told them this and asked if they could diagnose the issue. They could not find a diagnosis alarm, another mechanic recommended an ABS replacement. I told them this and asked if they could diagnose the issue. They could not find a diagnosis other than replacing the brakes and INSTEAD replaced the ABS (not inexpensive) and the car performs worse now and is undrivable. Took it to another dealership and they diagnosed it BY THE CODE in under 24 hours. Now I have to spend more money for a problem it seems they didn't even try to diagnose. I love this car; but I am so frustrated. Worst service experience I have had with any vehicle in my life. More
I contacted this dealer because the internet listed a car I wanted was in stock at this dealership. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, the car salesman laughed at me and told me there was an extrem I wanted was in stock at this dealership. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, the car salesman laughed at me and told me there was an extremely long waitlist and that I’d never find one in stock at a dealership. I ended up getting one that very night at another Hyundai dealership. I couldn’t believe how rude that sales person was and I’ll never buy from that dealership! More

I was ready to buy the vehicle today first I was told u can't make the deposit on credit card so I called back with a debit card and z that's what the guys name he told me I can't take a deposit it's first can't make the deposit on credit card so I called back with a debit card and z that's what the guys name he told me I can't take a deposit it's first come and first serve so I said I will pay cash he said no someone is coming to look at it he has an appointment c mon guys be real then I asked for sales manager he said he is busy and I'll ask him to call you back which he never did I was ready to pay the price what you were asking for I don't know why did you guys discriminate me More

I worked with Lucas and found him not only knowledgeable, but very honest and direct. There's been no hassle, no pressure, but it was fun being there.
