I had to return 3 times to get service right twice. Brand new car with window issues. Fixed but took two Vista to get it right. Also each time was without a car. From the outset, this dealership sent me incorrect papers to sign and it took forever to get the issues corrected. The communication among all parties often required my son to visit the people involved at t to sign and it took forever to get the issues corrected. The communication among all parties often required my son to visit the people involved at the dealership to correct and clarify the problems because they simply would not reply back in a timely manner to emails sent more than one time on the same issue. The people themselves were friendly but the mistakes made and the lack of communication was frustrating. And honestly, I think these folks are SWAMPED with too much work to properly review what they are sending out or to even return phone calls and emails. My paperwork is STILL not completed to this date and my inquiries have gone unanswered again to clarify. I am still paying on the IONIQ lease that I traded for the new vehicle lease. I have NO idea who Bryan Donati is - so how can I rate her/him? More

Took 1 month to get an appointment for items covered under warranty, including an oil leak I had photos of, just for them to take a look at my car for 10 minutes at near end-of-day and say there was no under warranty, including an oil leak I had photos of, just for them to take a look at my car for 10 minutes at near end-of-day and say there was nothing that could be done.
