Wow! I have never been so impressed with an auto service department. I own a 2022 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. I had a warning light that said “refill inverter I have never been so impressed with an auto service department. I own a 2022 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. I had a warning light that said “refill inverter coolant“. I called five dealerships, and received a different diagnosis from each one(if they even bothered to return my call). And, I was told everything from “do not drive the car, but have it towed in ….to… It won’t hurt anything drive at all you want”. When I called Foundation Hyundai, I talked to a “real person”. They asked the right questions, and even ascertained my Vin number. From that they determined that there was a recall on my car, for this particular issue. No one else had figured this out or even tried. I worked with two individuals. Thank you, Donnie and Richard. They knew immediately what to do and proceeded to diagnose fix the problem. I’ve never written a review like this before because I’ve never had this type of exemplary service. I am impressed! Thank you thank you thank you. More
