Hi Martin, I apologize that you left feeling we would not honor the written quote. We will honor the written quote and as we explained today, you must finance the vehicle with Hyundai Motors Finance, to qualify for the $1,250 Dealer Choice rebate. If you choose not to finance with HMF at their Dealer Choice Rates, the rebate is not applicable. I do understand that having many different options for rates and rebates is confusing to many, however, we are proud to be able to offer a wide array of repayment options to our guests. In regards to pre-paying for your parts; we made a business decision to require prepayment on parts orders due to various factors such as limited storage space and customers ordering parts and never picking them up. I completely understand your frustration, however I hope you understand where we are coming from as well. Nonetheless, there is no excuse for poor communication and again I am deeply apologetic you struggled to get your questions or concerns answered in a timely manner.
