It is impossible to reach anyone by phone at Foundation Motors of a Wichita Falls. We bought a MB in April and since then Ive made multiple calls to the finance department.and for a service appointment. Th Motors of a Wichita Falls. The phone is not answered at all or sent to voice mail with no callback.The online service appointment feature apparently doesn’t work and hasn’t for some time. My car now shows lit engine light. I called four times today, not to mention several attempts last week. before I got to a voice mail in the service department. The buying process is painful. The finance guy we worked with was in a hurry.. He was openly making faces and rolling his eyes at our sales guy. It was obvious we weren’t moving fast enough, as it was time for him to go home! We saw what we were told was the new owner while in the MB showroom. Everyone stopped what they were doing to talk to the guy. It seemed very unprofessional to leave customers sitting. Buying was a day long process, somewhat due to my financier, but there was little or no help to our new salesperson from management. We left the dealership without any paperwork. This began my futile calling attempts. I tried to reach management as well to share my concerns but….no call back. More

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in two months ago to fix my car that was sounding like a lawn mower. There was a part needing replaced, they were paid thousands, and the prob I went in two months ago to fix my car that was sounding like a lawn mower. There was a part needing replaced, they were paid thousands, and the problem persisted. I bought it back in and it had created more damage to my emissions system. They charged me, replaced another part, the problem continued. I got upset and they finally said it wasn’t my fault (they had blamed me for running over things) and said they would replace the parts and fix it. This was two weeks ago. They are now giving me the runaround because they want to be paid first by GM parts. They said they weren’t able to get me a rental car because they owed Enterprise too much money. Meanwhile I’m driving around a car with three small children, while pregnant, with dangerous emissions seeping into the cabin and environment and they do not dare. Please do not go here for sales or service. I tried to also trade the car in but they low balled me on my trade terribly. More

There are not enough words to express our experience every time we enter this dealership. Always a warm welcome from the time we enter the door till we leave.
