However, my expectations were far exceeded by Brandon Oglesby and the staff at Patterson Kia in Wichita Falls, Texas. Brandon was able to provide me all the information I requested, on the vehicle I was interested in, which enabled me to make a purchase decision and fly from Atlanta to Dallas to take delivery of the car. Brandon is the most professional and courteous salesman my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge of the vehicle (2017 Kia Sportage EX) was second to none. I was dealing with other dealers in the local Atlanta area that had no clue about customer service nor were the willing to help with my requirements for the vehicle we had in mind. It was certainly worth the trip to Wichita Falls to personally meet with Brandon and the staff of Patterson Kia and finalize the purchase. Brandon is a valuable asset to the dealership and kudos to Mr. Patterson for hiring quality employees with the attitude of the customer first. Expectations Far Exceeded Based on past new car buying experiences....I was reluctantly prepared for another rough go of it with Patterson Auto Group. I pulled into the lot (I was actually on my way to the Toyota dealer!) and happened to park next to a pair of leftover 2015's that were marked-down considerably. The great pricing made 75% of the sale for me immediately. Along with Mr. JT Bell's friendly and courteous service.....we entered negotiations......and the wife got herself a beautiful new car. New muss, no fuss.....I had my very first ever positive new car buying experience! Thank you Patterson Auto Group. Why have I always hated new car buying? Here's why.....the day before, I went to the nearby Ford dealer to look at a Ford Edge. Following the manager's test drive of my 2004 Toyota Camry with only 40,400 miles on it....the vehicle was returned to me with a check engine light. I was told it has transmission issues and the trade in value of our perfect little car was only $2,000. The check engine light had nothing to do with the transmission. I believe the car was given a good beating during the test drive.....because later that day I found that the check engine light coded to a knock sensor. Long story short, this dealer treated me like I was the run-of-the-mill idiot......and an attempt was made to take gross advantage of me and my hard-earned pocket book. More

It was a tough decision between a Kia and a Jeep; although I decided to buy a Kia, all of the employees I worked with (both Kia and Jeep) while viewing and test-driving cars were: friendly, kind, helpful, and courteous. I am recovering from an injury that makes it painful to get around. Everyone was eager to help get the door or assist me with my walking staff. Everyone answered my questions honestly, and worked their hardest to address my needs. More

I take pride in learning what I drive and what I can do to fix it to save a buck or two, or simple have a mission to complete. There are times that a special team of folks come together to assist everyday Joe's in what seems to be then end of the world. That brings me to my case in point. I had the pleasure of being helped by the service manager, Mr. Cameron. He listened attentively is i shared my hardship of my car shutting off on me. He then walked me over to his service rep, Ms. Keri. She picked up where Mr. Cameron lefted off. She assured me a quick turn around of the issue and told me she would be in contact. I left thinking my problem wasn't going to solved. Later that day prior to the close of business I got a call from Ms. Keri giving me an update and she would be speaking to the service tech., Mr. Wesley, but due to the hustle and busy day she will give me solid report the next day. I was pleased. She called me the next day, told me the issue and asked if I could come in and speak to her service tech. and make my plan going forward. I was greater by her and Mr. Cameron once again, they both sprang into action to care for my need. Mr. Wesley explain clearly my issue and everyone was on the same page. I was in and out due to i felt I could fix the issue. What I'm saying is this team starting with Mr. Cameron knows how to talk to people and handle Dodge products and services. With the skills to move all the pieces like three games of chess at on time,I witness Mr. Cameron in constant communication with his employees. Ms. Keri was lovely in her approach and sharing of information. Mr. Wesley is a man of his technical expertise which compliments everyone's role because the product is supremely handled by hI'm to fix. Indeed, I'm a pleased customer and these individuals are assets to Dodge for years to come in my professional and personal opinion.
