I brought my truck to the service department, for navigation issues and my underseat storage was missing on accident, when my floor liners where installed. Dwayne was amazing, everything was ready, i navigation issues and my underseat storage was missing on accident, when my floor liners where installed. Dwayne was amazing, everything was ready, including a loaner car, but he was having trouble finding the underseat storage, I then realized I gave him the wrong description. I was so embarrassed. But Dwayne was just happy to help me, he even upgraded the underseat storage to the model I thought I had. Wow! Thank you Harry J. Doug Greer is the BEST! He schedules your car for an appointment as soon as possible. He gets you in and out of the shop quickly. He answers your questions and is sooo knowledgeable about cars. Medved is lucky to have Doug representing them! I had an oil change and the battery in my key fob replaced. Also, asked Doug to evaluate my tires and advise me on the best all-weather replacement. He ordered Pirelli tires for me and will replace them this week. Can’t wait! Medved also has a great staff of technicians—very nice and professional, too. More
