Honest and fair I bought a 2010 Camaro SS with 6500 miles on it. The price was well below book but the owner had tried to modify it for racing and many things were affected negatively. Like many of us, I wasn't to avoid a dealer service department so I took it to my trusted mechanic who identified and repaired all he could. I then had it dyno-tuned and still there was an air bag light and other annoying thing that both shops told me I'd have to go to a dealer to correct. I chose Medved from ratings on this site and others. I talked to Josh and all but begged him not to take advantage of me. As you'd expect he said he wouldn't. He told me the diagnostic charge and charges for simply servicing it and checking the tire balance. Though it has few miles, I wasn't sure it had ever had the oil changed so I had them do it. He said he'd call me when they figured out what was wrong and not do anything until I approved it. He did call me, explaining everything they found and giving me the charges. He also shaved a little of the labor and I came out feeling like I'd been treated fairly and that I have a car that is in the shape you'd expect for it's age and miles. I'll still do as much as I can or with my trusted mechanic to save some money, but I will not hesitate to drive the 35 miles I have to go to use Josh and the guys at Medved is my "beast" needs special care again. I always feel confident with the work performed and with Joel's recommendations. This is the 20th service visit that my truck has had at Medved Wheat Ridge. It is the only shop it has ever been in for service and I plan to keep it that way! More

I HAD PULLED OFF A LONG NARROW STRIP WHEN I CUT A TURN TOO SHORT. MY CAR IS A 2005 SRX WITH OVER 99,000 MILES. INSTEAD OF ME PAYING FOR A $800 REPLACEMENT PART BRIAN WORKED WITH ME TO TRY GLUING & REPLA TOO SHORT. MY CAR IS A 2005 SRX WITH OVER 99,000 MILES. Took our car in for service. James in the shop was very nice. I engaged Johnny Medved in conversation when I was looking for a newspaper for the waiting room. We spoke for almost an hour. Very informed and knowledgeable of his product line and the automotive business in general. He did not try to sell me anything we just had a long quite pleasant conversation. From the lot boy who gave me directions to the paintless dent repair guy who also gave me directions, and the used car sales people who I also spoke with, ALL of them were pleasant and seemed happy to be there. They all treated us very kindly. I would recommend Medved to anyone seeking service for their car or looking to buy a new or used one for that matter. POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!!! More
Will NEVER go there again.. Bought new Esclade, had a problem with nav, which was issued a service bullet en, they refused to fix cause I had put in a aftermarket speaker.. Service was as good as it gets. Doug Greer in Cadillac service was excellent, could not be happier with how i was treated. I have a Cadillac dealer 30 miles from my house in Vail, I drive right past it to service was excellent, could not be happier with how i was treated. Doug Greer is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly (and has a great sense of humor). He has always given us outstanding service and explains in detail what services are needed or given. He promptly contacts us when needed re: service needs of our Cadillac. He is also sensitive to giving us the best price he can, and negotiates with our service warranty company. All of the above has given us confidence to continue to buy and service cars at Medved in Wheatridge. Also, the Medved autobody shop has been outstanding in services to our vehicles. P.S. this is the 2nd time I wrote this up - this site wiped me out last month after most of the review was written - very frustrating! More
Dan is a great service manager, whenever I need to Medved for service I also set my appointments with both of my cars with Dan. You always get a friendly greeting, immediate attention.
