Service The service we received was exceptional - we needed to have our Chevy Volt serviced and we were given a rental for the day while it was being serviced The service we received was exceptional - we needed to have our Chevy Volt serviced and we were given a rental for the day while it was being serviced. We also inquired about purchasing the 2017 Volt model which Mike was extremely knowledgeable about and allowed us to test drive one. We are currently considering trading in our current Volt (which we love). More

Originally diagnosed incorrectly by service technicians but eventually after replacing a couple items they got to the bottom of the problem. During this time we were given a more than adequate courtesy loaner vehicle until ours was fixed & ready to go. From start to finish Jason at the Wheat Ridge Medved service department kept us fully up to date on what was going on. This is the second time we had moderate problem with our vehicle and each time Jason did an outstanding job to make sure things were taken care of properly. Would recommend Medved Wheat Ridge for buying a vehicle, which by the way we bought our 2013 Malibu from, and any on going service issues. More
