Waited over 3 hours for a simple oil change. I scheduled an oil change for my 2014 Chevy Sonic for 10am. It is now after 1pm and I still do not have my car. I am over 2 hours late for work and no I scheduled an oil change for my 2014 Chevy Sonic for 10am. It is now after 1pm and I still do not have my car. I am over 2 hours late for work and no one has asked me if I need anything or even acknowledged me in the waiting room for 3 hours. I will not be bringing my car back here to be serviced. Software Update The Radio/media center was locking up on our new Impala. We were very concerned. Body Shop I purchased a used Cadillac from Medved. I was disappointed that it had some scratches on the back bumper, hood, interior seal plates, a nick it the I purchased a used Cadillac from Medved. I was disappointed that it had some scratches on the back bumper, hood, interior seal plates, a nick it the driver's side mirror and the front valance needed to be re-affixed to the bumper. Also, replaced the rear lift gate molding (due to magnesium chloride discoloration). I am very pleased with the work that has been completed...the car looks like brand new now. Brian Andrews did a fantastic job on the write-up on the preliminary estimates and the work was completed in time frame I was given. Great work to the Body Shop! More

It was good.v Doug was very helpfull Doug was very helpful in trying to fix an electrical problem (dead battery for no apparent reason). The car has running fine this last week and Doug has checked with me to see if I was having any futher problems.
