We signed our paper work and were asked to come back 2 days later to sign another paper. When we got there we found out that he had changed the interest rate and the payment and never bother to call us before making this decision to make sure it worked for us. We felt rushed, and like our needs weren't even considered all he wanted was the sale. My husband almost left with his $0.99 pen and he made it a point to make some rude comment about spmeone else needing the pen to sign their paper work when he still had a jar full of them. More

We got there around the time he had another appointment, yet he still took time to show us his recommendations. Now, I don't usually go for someones recommendations, especially a car salesman's recommendation, but this vehicle was perfect! It wasn't even on my radar and it turned out to be the perfect sale. Everyone hates the dreaded paperwork especially when it is like buying a house or a cell phone these days... It was fast, painless and we were in and out of there within a couple hours. Just amazing. The feeling that you aren't just a sale was very overwhelming. It was like being included in the family. I will tell everyone I know to stop by whether they need a vehicle or not.
