Worst service department I have ever experienced The worst customer service. I dropped my vehicle off last night for a 8:30AM service, oil change; tire rotation; slow leak in a tire; correct a shor The worst customer service. I dropped my vehicle off last night for a 8:30AM service, oil change; tire rotation; slow leak in a tire; correct a short from the last airbag recall. Did not receive a call in the morning to let me know they has the vehicle and were working on it. Called around noon and was told all of the techs were at lunch, one of them would call me when they returned. Did not happen. Tried to reach the service department again, took 6 or 7 calls to the main number and a good 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone. Jason, where do I begin: no customer service skills; sarcastic; unhelpful; rude; I could go on. ‘ Getting nowhere with him asked for his manager; put on hold again for at least 10 minutes hung up again, called the main line and who do I get again? Jason, with a xxxx and bull story about how he was trying to find the manager. Note to Jason, if you have an unhappy customer on the line – putting them on hold for even longer is only going to make it worse! Finally spoke to Dan Hugg, explained the situation to him. I got the feeling that he really could not care any less. When I do finally get my vehicle back, I will never return to this dealership – even though I purchased an extended warranty through them when I bought the truck. I will try to get my money back and if not just eat the cost. No amount of money is worth the brain damage from the service department. I tried to give 0 stars, have to put add at least one - not a true score - 0 STARS! You have been warned.!! More
