Incompetent and irresponsible service/parts Ordered parts 20 days ago for 2 recalls on Chevy City Transit van. The dealer where I bought the car checked twice and they kept saying parts weren't Ordered parts 20 days ago for 2 recalls on Chevy City Transit van. The dealer where I bought the car checked twice and they kept saying parts weren't there yet Last time he called 3 days ago they had no record of ordering any parts or of the call. I called AutoNation myself and in three days I had an appointment and the parts don't go to MedVed. Would have rated zero Stars if possible. it makes you rate things you not even had done so you can move on and submit. More
