He listened to me that I didn't want to talk to any high pressure "sales managers or finance guys", and was able to get us the deal that I asked for. Buying a car usually gives me a huge headache, but that wasn't the case. They didn't have one with the color and features I wanted but were able to find it one in South Dakota and have it shipped in.
