He was informative about both the car and the truck that we purchased and very helpful. The entire experience was fairly painless except for of course the waiting and waiting and waiting for the finance department; however we knew going in that this would be a all day process which it was! I personally do not understand why it has to take is beyond me but all day but it always does; Cina was always checking in with us and very helpful. The only disappointment we had was not getting a bug shield for the truck especially once we realized that the brand new truck had over 1000 miles on it; this was the only BIG DISAPPOINTMENT we had.
