At first I was hesitant to do anything with buying a vehicle because you always hear horror stories about peoples experiences with Dealerships and Car sales reps. I submitted my paperwork and application online because I wanted to get "started" and not have to be at the dealership for hours and hours. I called in to make sure the application was received and being processed and spoke with Shawn. He was helpful and listened to my needs and made sure to keep in touch with me on every thing that was being done. He finally left me a voice mail saying I was approved and I didnt get that till later in the night. Well my husband and I went in the next day and Shawn was off work and we were helped by this nice young man I believe his name was Austin or Andrew. Anyway, he was most helpful and helped with the deal on behalf of Shawn. Everyone was very courteous and professional and still checking in 2 days later to see how the vehicle is running. I dont think I've ever been more happy because my husband is happy with his purchase and the experience and hes always skeptical about going to dealerships and the bad past experiences we've had. Everything went smooth and the finance process went fast and the Finance guy Willy was the best. Just had the snow tires replaced with the summer tires. Nightmare at Medved! The vehicle I made a special trip to see was sold out from underneath of me. I drove it and showed family, then came back and salesman says someone else had bought it, even though I had see was sold out from underneath of me. I drove it and showed family, then came back and salesman says someone else had bought it, even though I had possession and both keys. Discriminated against. I was able to pay cash or use their financing. They did not even give first right to purchase. Bad management, rude, inconsistent. Salesman was fine , it was the rest of dealership that was not!!
