The service department is ready to listen to my issues--even the ones which they have not heard of. Each time I bring up something out of the ordinary it is pursued until it is fixed. Total lack of communication. Had to call just to find out what’s going on. Replaced a part that I wasn’t informed of until AFTER they did it. Car went in for a new motor. Somehow ended up needing a new ball what’s going on. Replaced a part that I wasn’t informed of until AFTER they did it. Car went in for a new motor. Somehow ended up needing a new ball joint as well after 1 day shy of 5 weeks in the shop. Only thing I can say is the car is running great. But I will not be taking my car back there again. More

Great customer service. I never have to worry after I get my vehicles serviced that I will experience a problem. My 2010 Tacoma is running just as well as it did when I bought it.
