Excellent Employee I had the privilege of working with one of your Service Advisors named Kevin Becker. I took my car in because of my low tire pressure light and when I had the privilege of working with one of your Service Advisors named Kevin Becker. I took my car in because of my low tire pressure light and when I was explaining things to Kevin, he REALLY listened to me. He did not just assume one of the tires needed filled (again) due to temperature, but instead he listened to what I told him and took it from there. I so appreciated his attention to details and how he made me feel....like a valued customer. I will be requesting him every time I need ANY thing done. We like the new Fast, Fair, Simple policy with no negotiating. Our salesperson, Shannon Hoffman was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The finance person was good to work with also and didn't try to sell us a bunch of add-ons. Free maintenance for 2 yrs/25,000 miles is a great deal as well. We bought another Camry there about 10 years ago and the experience was just okay or slightly negative. Things have greatly improved and we would highly recommend. More

Had to get a key made. They cut it, synced it, did everything you have to do to it to make it work & got me in & out of there in no time. I was amazed & speechless & I am seldom at a loss for words. I could not recommend these guys any more or rate them any higher! In fact, I drove 100 miles & past two other central Illinois dealerships because their ratings were so high...now I know why! If you want to deal w/ people whose word is their bond, who understand outstanding customer service-then accept no substitute. IF my wife needs anything for her Toyota I will be sending her to Fort's. Thanks to each & every Fort's employee who made my long trip & stress to replace this key such a "stress-free" experience. Since buying a Camry in 2003 and a Sienna in 2005 at Fort's Toyota in Pekin I have been able to rely on their service department for great care and attention. I have taken my van there for all the service so far, and it has over 85,000 miles. The staff there always treats me respectfully. I am a woman, and I have a mechanical engineering degree and used to be a it has over 85,000 miles. The staff there always treats me respectfully. I am a woman, and I have a mechanical engineering degree and used to be a Powertrain design engineer for Caterpillar for many years. So I know when they are trying to bluff me to get extra costs. They have never done that! Unlike many other dealers; and I greatly appreciate it. The waiting area, especially the one for small children, is a HUGE plus for my family. My kids are actually excited to come along & get the oil changed. And disappointed when it's ready! That makes the trip easier on all of us. All of the service they have ever done for us has been very professional and will keep us coming back. More
