We took our car in and the check engine light was still on after the appointment. We scheduled another appointment, after being ignored by the manager, and the check engine light is still on after that sec on after the appointment. The service experience was good. Service performed in reasonable time. A part needed to be ordered to complete the work. I called the dealership three weeks later and learned the part had been received but no one called to schedule the installation of the part. No one at the dealership could explain why I was not contacted. More
