First and foremost we really liked our sales representative. She was great very attentive willing to work with us a lot of fun to be around and had a great attitude. However the manager on duty that day is something to be desired. I had addressed my concerns about two things we found on your website and needed further clarification. Instead of explaining in more detail he decided he was going to stop off and act like a child and not give us the answer we were looking for instead the sales representative had to go back to him and ask him what was the truth. So if you go to the website it says there is a discount for military and for customer appreciation rebate, In our eyes it is a bait and switch tactic to get you in the door only to find out you don’t qualify for either. The ad is misleading and a dealership should have had accurate information instead of the drama we received from management. Otherwise it would’ve been a pleasant experience shopping at that location. Come to find out in further research on that website which was very detailed research we found the answers we were looking for as to our qualifications for both of those incentives. We should’ve not had to do that that should’ve came from the dealership and out of the mouths of the management team. All members of that location should have knowledge of all rebates, discounts and other incentives to pass on to their customers and clear precise wording-so that people understand exactly what they’re getting instead of feeling like you’re being conned.
