I called Tosha about 11am drove 50 miles and met Carl at the dealership and by 330 we were headed home in a new mitsubishi. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the offices and waiting area are pleasant and clean. The only problem I've had was that they were still training a person to do the job I needed done.
