They presented me a price of 37,195 and a trade in for 9000. My car was more on a trade in value when i checked so i asked them to give me 10k( which was nice of them)They said they wud but they will not decrease the selling price as they had to do a market adjustment so a 4k on top of the msrp was added. I asked them that it was unethical to do so and wud not agree to it as all other dealers market the adjusted price already and was the main reason for me to go over theirs. This specific vehicle was listed on a offers tab on a new vehicle and others were not so this wud actually make u believe they do good business( luring point). Now when i asked this was unethical but when they said they don't have much vehicle in stock and they don't make enough money i said if we can meet in the middle i wud agree to the price. They came back with 35,195. ( 2k less). Even though it was discounted it was already more than the selling price and the advertised price. We shake hands , sign a lil sheet and agree.the sales guy goes to get the vehicle ready. All pumped up and sales rep congratulated until i walked in to do the final step and sign the actual contract. Now this contract had the car listed for 37,195( they did not drop) the trade-in was still 9k not 10k. And to top that off they had extended warranty for 3,495 saying it gives me 60k bumper to bumper and 100k powertrain, which is the manufacturers warranty. If the manufacturer warranty is the same then what is this extra warranty for 3,495? What they do is use the warranty for the factory and put this money in their pocket(100% profit). When i caught this all and asked them to honor the price they agreed upon the finance lady’s face turned real dark, real quick. She said we sud wait outside when she fixes this. 5 mins later the sales manager walks in and says that he cud either offer me the 37,195 price if i don’t get the extended warranty. (Is this even legal to do when the manufacturer is already providing the same warranty?) . He insisted my payment wud be low but i was firm on the actual number sold and not just the payment and he said he cant sell the vehicle after spending almost 4 hrs at the dealership and after running my credit with 40 different banks and all my personal info. What is the moral for this? Why so many workarounds to get more money? Well if u can adjust the price if i get the warranty then why cant you when i don’t get the warranty. We go to actual dealership to avoid all this and here they are scamming people left and right. I know enough to not get cheated but the impulsed low payment throw outs and shady contracts might have had so many hard working people to be their victims. People need vehicle and to play with their feelings and have them sign it with all this numbers will really effect them. Not sure how many people have already been a victim for that and how many more will be. More

At least half a dozen people stayed behind after hours to make sure i was taken care of. They don't sell lemons either. I will recommend this place to others when the opportunity arises. More
