Either The Regional Manager or the district manager dropped the ball when it came to communication straight from corporate about my recall work and control arm that was greenlit to have done. I was told twice by corporate and ensured that the regional manager emailed the district manager who then emailed the service manager. The service manager was professional so I'm gonna guess the district manager was on some hoe xxxx about doing the work because I was told his email said something different which is unfair to the service manager that has to deal directly with the customer. There's always one of those type of people when it comes to work hierarchy that tries to leave the Frontline worker like the service manager/employees out to dry. I know this and kept my cool bc I have ppl who manage Mitsubishi dealership back in my home state so I know the game. Recall work that should of took one day ended up taking about a week. I asked the service manager for the email from the district manager and never received it but overall, I gave 2 stars due to his apologetic behavior and candor. Desk working a$$ sucka a$$ district manager or whoever dropped the ball🤷 I planned to have my brakes done and spend a lil money at this place until this became messy. More

Iam writing this because I tried to return the vehicle after the second day I called Garrett to let him know when Capital One said to return the vehicle because my income wasn't enough. So I've filed a report at the dnv and downtown because he stated to Capital One i make 5,000 a month iam disabled in work part time and i never put down 3000 iam going fight this until something is done. This has never happened to me that a dealership not honest I wonder why the lady to me to tell Capital One that I put down 3000 as a down payment I tried returning the car but Capital One is picking up the vehicle in they going investigate also iam thankful that I have proof iam glad i had my phone when signing the contract.
