I told Irfan Hussain three times I did not want Lo Jack and he told me it was installed and mandatory. At that point I Googled Lo Jack and showed Irfan that it was not necessary and he told me that I would and he told me it was installed and mandatory. Later, after I left I called Andrew and asked if the car would not work after five years and he paused and said it will work and I told him my experience, he sent me my money back for Lo Jack.
