Purchase of a used car I tend to keep my cars for a long period of time so a trip to the car dealer isn't something I have to contend with very often. My experience with Fo I tend to keep my cars for a long period of time so a trip to the car dealer isn't something I have to contend with very often. My experience with Fort Wayne Nissan was very positive. I experienced no high pressure sales techniques, the salesman was personable, I got the price that I thought it would sell for. I noticed a lot of negative reviews from other customers the difference I feel in my experience is that I paid cash, and refused to buy a warranty did my research on the car I wanted to buy. Added plus I was introduced to Bob Rohrman who happened to be visiting the dealership, nice guy. More

I elected a set of tires only to find out that FW Nissan would not honor this offer because they had to be replaced within 30 days of purchase of my new car. Really? Who gets a set of tires within 30 days of purchasing a new car? Lance, the sales manager had promised to return phone calls and never did after after a week of waiting. Their final answer was that they would not honor their written agreement. Fort Wayne Nissan lacks any integrity and I would certainly find another dealership in the future! More
Be prepared to spend your entire day with the sales person. Apparently since they have to work late, they feel the best way to wear you down, is to keep you waiting. My husband and I spent at least 3 hours on two separate days making this deal. At the end of the day, the agreed price of purchase was incorrectly calculated by dealer so when the additional work was done, they recalculated and made us pay for their mistake! Mind you, we purchased a $30,000 vehicle, and they were relentless on us paying a <$500 difference. Hindsight is 20/20 and we now wish we would have taken more time to shop elsewhere! More

We were told that EVERYTHING under the sun was covered by the bumper to bumper warranty, except things like tires and such. Well, come to find out, exhaust isn't one of them. We had to fight tooth and nail for them to pay HALF of it. The manager, Ken, told my fiance to come in and they would do whatever they can for us. Did they? No, we had to go to the BBB. Finally they payed half. Now, we took the car in yesterday for an oil change. It was also making a rattling noise. We got in there and they told us it was outta oil! We only went 600, 700 miles over. Well, the last sticker was gone, so these bloodsuckers take advantage of that fact! They LIE right to our face, saying he was 7,000 miles OVER an oil change. Then wrote on our statement, 5,000 PAST DUE. Well, we found the sticker. And it's not anywhere NEAR those 2 estimates. SO they are trying to cover something up so that they do not have to fix it in the future. RUN! RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!! PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More
Was told needed $300 worth of repairs. Took to two other places who told me service not needed. I drive a 2009 and they told me it is still like new. Nissan wants me to get $300 worth of work I don't need. As a single mom running my own business I have to watch every penny spent. I have always wanted a Nissan Maxima and Curtis and his staff helped me drive away with my dream car. Everyone there was great. I was treated with respect and courtesy and everyone was respectful of my tim staff helped me drive away with my dream car. Everyone there was great. I was treated with respect and courtesy and everyone was respectful of my time. I am a little conservative when it comes to new car purchases so I really appreciated that everyone was patient with me. I drove several cars in order to compare models and be sure I was making the right decision. I feel like I got a great deal on the purchase price and an amount for my trade that was fair. I had some extra equipment added to the car, everything was as promised and ready when I arrived for pick-up. More

Just recently purchased a 2007 Ford Edge from this dealership and had the pleasure of working with sales associate Ben G. He allowed us to drive which ever vehicle interested us and helped us by makin dealership and had the pleasure of working with sales associate Ben G. He allowed us to drive which ever vehicle interested us and helped us by making suggestions based upon what we wanted. There was a pricing error and after consideration, the dealership decided to honor the price and for that we are grateful. Would I recommend this dealership? In the end, yes. Not only did they end up taking care of us after a long day, but the friendliness of Ben G., Curtis, and Dave(?) turned a bad experience into a good one. (Plus.... they have free oil changes for the life of the vehicle!!) :) More

I agreed to purchase the vehicle if the brakes were fixed and the check engine issue was resolved. They charged me half the total price of the brakes $400 and said there was a "broken hose" that caused the engine light to come on. Which they replaced "free of charge". Including showing me a hose with a slice in it. The brakes on the car squeel every time I stop and I can't get my salesperson to call me back. The check engine light came back on the next day, and still no help or calls from the dealer. I took the car to a friend and it turns out the gtas cap is the reason the check engine light is one.. so the whole "hose" thing was completely fabricated and they just reset the light hoping it wouldn't come back on. I have yet to recieve my paperwork to get the vehicle plated and when I called, they told me that they mailed it and I really don't need it. "Just show up at the license branch with your insurance information", "they'll have it on file". I have never dealt with a more shady dealership in my life. Their cars are overpriced and they have no problem lying to you on every occassion. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!! More
The price of the vehicle was listed on internet and then when i got to dealership it was 4000.00 more. When this was brought to their attention all they did was write it up as price on internet and then low when i got to dealership it was 4000.00 more. When this was brought to their attention all they did was write it up as price on internet and then lowered my trade in amount so i would still have paid 4000.00 to much for car. For advertising no gimmicks what would you call this besides out right lying.Just remember you can advertise no gimmicks all you want but word of mouth is the best or worst advertising. More
