Disappointed on this trip I brought in my 2013 Altima because of a factory ask to fix a problem. I understand that and appreciate that they will fix it for free and that they I brought in my 2013 Altima because of a factory ask to fix a problem. I understand that and appreciate that they will fix it for free and that they contacted me about it. The service department did what they were supposed to do. They took my car in and checked the bolts associated with the problem. Since there was a real possibility that the bolts could be broken off during removal, they gave the car back to me without the problem being solved. The explanation was that if they continued and broke a bolt, the car would have to be kept at the dealership until new bolts could be obtained and the problem could then be taken care of. Evidently the replacement bolts were on back order and no telling when they would be received. This situation made the rating on this particular trip in very frustrating. That is the reason for the low score. Maybe get bolts in before making the appointment. More
