Was treated fairly well by Payton the salesmen who I worked with to purchase my car. After spending several hrs at the dealership I finally left with my vehicle only for the check engorged light to come worked with to purchase my car. After spending several hrs at the dealership I finally left with my vehicle only for the check engorged light to come on and that's when everything changed. Long story short, it took almost two weeks from the diagnosis to the part arriving. I was lied to and mislead on several occasions by the service Department and I'm still waiting on a door part from a month ago. I would strongly suggest to stay away from the their service department if you can avoid it. And I'm condensing the bad experience. More

Was extremely pleased with my service advisor Conrad Braun. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire repair from start to finish, and was a pleasure to have assisting me through a warranty replace Braun. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire repair from start to finish, and was a pleasure to have assisting me through a warranty replacement process that I thought was going to be a daunting experience before bringing my Nissan in for repairs. However, upon arrival I knew I was in good hands, as Conrad made everything extremely simple on my end, kept an open line of communication and was always prompt on responding to any questions I had, and the service was completed in a timely manner. Overall amazing experience and will definitely be returning to Conrad for any future service on my Nissan! More
