Never, never I have been treated like today in this dealer, particularly by EFE ATAY, who was horrible, bad mannered, he never saw my eyes, he never saw me while I was talking to him trying to get info dealer, particularly by EFE ATAY, who was horrible, bad mannered, he never saw my eyes, he never saw me while I was talking to him trying to get information about what happened to my car. His face and his attitude said a lot of things, hi doesn't care what the customer has to say. It is not his business. People like him don't deserve to be working with the customer. He is the worst image of the Mitsubishi. Besides that PEOPLE DON'T BUY ANY MITSUBISHI ELECTRICAL CAR, in 2 years my car has been 5 times in there for different electrical issues, panel, radio, battery, batteries under car, etc and if that we're not enough, have to talk to this kind of "worker". I am going to start this post saying that I wish I can give less than a star. I return my 2017 to the dealer for a check up, since the battery was low voltage and there were a couple lights on showing on give less than a star. I return my 2017 to the dealer for a check up, since the battery was low voltage and there were a couple lights on showing on the dash November, and lights came back on the dashboard. I was initially advised at the dealer, that lights will disappear once the I replace the battery. After 3 months lights came back. Mechanic’s wanted to charge me a insane amount of money, and when I started to complaint I was extremely bad treated, discriminated as a women and offended with profanity words by one of the mechanics. Getting off from the dealer I met the Sales Manager who was extremely kind, and gentle. Sadly Shane Everret who is the GM, didn’t listen to me, and instead approved his employees behaviors by denying me to get my car checked at the dealer.
