Professional Isabella Diaz both providing a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander black edition I couldn't refuse; the Mitsu Mirage trade in value offered at 2 other car dealership was too low to make a deal, I Mitsubishi Outlander black edition I couldn't refuse; the Mitsu Mirage trade in value offered at 2 other car dealership was too low to make a deal, I had mentioned to Ms Isabella I was shopping for a bigger car for my teenage daughter that was driving a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage, a small car but super gas saver unbeatable at 47 Miles/Gallon but it was time to get her an sport SUV after 3 years and 29000 driven miles. Mr Carlos offered me trade in value I can't place it here, it was higher than the main KBB book main car value unbeatable and unbelievable. I spoke first with very nice lady, Ms Danna, I had asked for certain type of vehicle the KBB app had and she set me up for a meeting to see it, and to my admiration in this rainy day I showed up over and they already had the advertised vehicle in their showroom ready for me to be seen prepared by sales lady Ms Isabella. The rest is history for anybody interested to believe when buying a new vehicle and be approached by nothing but the best people ready to help even on a rainy day, thank you guys for making my daughter a very happy teenager. I really admire the profesional great Sport SUV sales help provided by the Mitsubishi of Fort Myers profesional sales team, that got me a great new vehicle deal ever, after 10 years and 7 vehicles bought being a preferred customer at other Fort Myers car dealership, Mitsubishi got me as their new customer, and thank you for giving me the best and greatest car buying deal price ever! This place and cars suck!!! THIS THING DID NOT ALLOW FOR ZERO STARS BUT THAT'S WHAT THEY DESERVE! Do not waste your time going here! Their service suck and cars are not worth a dime!!! My daughter went here to purchase a new car, they try to let her leave with no gap! and claimed the bank did not allow customers to add gap!! To top it of she drove one whole month with the car before they called to say bank did not approve loan. My daughter has been going thru same xxxx each month for the past 4 months! They are unreliable and do not know what the xxxx they are doing! More
