I bought a used car that had a few issues with small paint imperfections that needed to be taken care of, a headliner issue, and the car was not clean. Not clean, meaning it looked like it had sat in a field for months. If there was a way to attach photos to this review I would. Long story short, the paint issues were taken care of beautifully, the headliner was fixed better than I expected, but the car was filthy on the exterior and engine compartment. Dirty to the point of me having to drive it off the lot and run it through a car wash before I brought it home to show my wife. I almost refused delivery, but the car had already been taken back twice to clean it up and it hadn't been done so I was tired of waiting. Plus after it came back the second time from detail not having the exterior washed, it smelled like someone had been smoking in the car. If the transaction hadn't already been concluded I would have walked away from the deal. It took me hours to detail the car interior, shampooing the carpet, and conditioning the leather seats to get the smoke smell out, and 2 trips through the car wash to get the car clean. I don't know what's going on in the detail department but it gives the dealership a black eye. More
