I found the truck I wanted and it was on the lot at this dealer. I drove into the parking lot, parked and got out to look at the truck. Truck. To my surprise, Mark Pierre came up and asked if I would like t dealer. I drove into the parking lot, parked and got out to look at the truck. Truck. To my surprise, Mark Pierre came up and asked if I would like to test drive it. He was extremely nice and willing to help immediately. I told him I only had about 30 minutes to drive it. Once I decided to buy the truck, Mark assisted me through the whole process and was very nice. He even gave me two waters. As we signed all the paperwork, he was having the truck fully detailed inside and out. It came to my attention that this was his first sale and he graduated from the high school my children went to. He even drove my truck home for me which is about 40 minutes from the dealership. He was so excited and I was happy to get him his first sale. Great deal, great salesman (Ryan Lepala), Michael the closer was direct and to the point making adjustments to a few numbers to make the deal happen. I bought a used car that had a few issues with small paint imperfections that needed to be taken care of, a headliner issue, and the car was not clean. Not clean, meaning it looked like it had sat in a field for months. If there was a way to attach photos to this review I would. Long story short, the paint issues were taken care of beautifully, the headliner was fixed better than I expected, but the car was filthy on the exterior and engine compartment. Dirty to the point of me having to drive it off the lot and run it through a car wash before I brought it home to show my wife. I almost refused delivery, but the car had already been taken back twice to clean it up and it hadn't been done so I was tired of waiting. Plus after it came back the second time from detail not having the exterior washed, it smelled like someone had been smoking in the car. If the transaction hadn't already been concluded I would have walked away from the deal. It took me hours to detail the car interior, shampooing the carpet, and conditioning the leather seats to get the smoke smell out, and 2 trips through the car wash to get the car clean. I don't know what's going on in the detail department but it gives the dealership a black eye. More
