Then when we decided about what we wanted Mike Jackson approached us and we went and explain what we wanted. Then we went inside and he gave us the whole lowdown on what was what and how to do things. He was by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with and I'm 56 years old and I have dealt with a lot. He keeps it very personable he's not out to sell a car just to sell a car and be another number it means a lot to him to sell a car to somebody just like he was selling it to his own mother. I would recommend Michael Jackson to anyone Who is looking to buy a car. If there was a way I could tell you that he is way under paid even though I don't know how much is paid, he is worth his weight in gold. We don't have the best credit and he works so hard with the man to get us a loan. That's where Todd E comes in. Between Maik and Todd E we were able to get a deal that myself and my wife could afford. The whole experience was awesome and I highly highly highly recommend Maik Jackson to anyone looking to buy a car . I just hope that you guys continue to do good as it is a new store and you keep Michael Jackson on and he moves up the ladder because he is good he knows what he's doing very good at explaining things because if you can explain things to my wife and she can understand you you're good. shakey start, but pleasant finish I found a 2016 Kia Optima on Autotrader posted by this dealership. Since it was 1-1/2 hrs. away, I called first to discuss price and trade-in value, I found a 2016 Kia Optima on Autotrader posted by this dealership. Since it was 1-1/2 hrs. away, I called first to discuss price and trade-in value, and was pleased with the terms over the phone. When I drove there, however, the story somehow changed a bit, and wasn't what the phone salesperson had indicated, so I left without making a deal. Almost immediately, when the sales manager found out about the confusion, they contacted me and said they would honor the agreement, and further apologized for the misunderstanding. Not only did they honor the deal, they actually delivered the car to me the very next day, brought the paper work, and took my trade back to Ft. Myers. The gentleman (Mike Jackson) who delivered the car explained the reason for the mix-up (an internal misunderstanding that they quickly resolved), and was very helpful with changing the tags, etc. He was also the person who showed me the newer car; he was very courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and didn't try to pressure me. Further, he has kept in contact with me to make sure I didn't have any problems, and to ask whether I was satisfied. Since the sale, the dealership has been nice enough to provide me with service for two minor issues, a detailing, and a front end alignment, and the Service staff was excellent as well, by the way. I had shopped at a half dozen or so dealerships for a car prior to Ft. Myers Mitsubishi, and I can honestly say that they are singularly arrogant in their behavior. The other dealers acted as though they were doing me a favor by selling me a car, and were mostly inflexible with pricing. Ft, Myers Mitsubishi was fair in both the trade-in value and purchase price. Beyond that, I felt they were sincere in their apologies and forthright and respectful in trying to remedy what could have been an unpleasant situation. I find this to be unique in my recent car buying experience, and certainly is counter to the "used car salesman" shifty reputation. I would feel comfortable in recommending these guys to anyone, especially Mike Jackson..... More
