Michael Jackson Review We initially visited the dealer on Sunday for the prize promotion and at the end of our visit, we met Mike. We looked at the Outlander Sport SE and li We initially visited the dealer on Sunday for the prize promotion and at the end of our visit, we met Mike. We looked at the Outlander Sport SE and liked the car. We had no intent on buying, but this SUV offered more back room which we needed for our business. I got the dealer buyout for my lease car from the finance company, and we returned on Tuesday. When he verified the buyout figure it was much higher than what was quoted to me. I was very upset because I was lied to by the existing lease company on the figure. With Mike sitting with us, I spoke to the supervisor of the lease company and gave them xxxx for misleading me and wasting my time and Mike's time. Prior to this happening, Mike Kirby, Sales Manager appraised the trade-in value at $11,000. Michael was very understanding, but while he was talking to his manager, I did some quick figuring and told Mike that we would like to go ahead with the purchase and asked him to stretch the trade-in to $11,500. We set up the deal and purchased the car. I have purchased or leased many cars over the last 35 years, many of them very high end cars. My buying experience with Michael was the best I ever received. He was new to the car business, and did everything right to earn our respect and build a relationship of trust. He never pushed or pressured, but instead worked very hard to come up with a solution for us. While Mike was setting up the paperwork, I was talking to his manager, Mike Kirby about Michael. I told him that he had a 'Star' salesperson, especially because he was new and did bring any bad habits from selling at other dealerships. Mike totally agreed, and as it turned out, I also found Mike Kirby very professional and accommodating. We love the car and we feel we were very fortunate to have Mike as our salesperson. More
