My experience was frustrating, I bought a car from another estate and I traveled 1.400 miles to get it, the next day the car had a problem, I contacted several mercedes bens to fix the car. Dealer making all the papers and said we will send the plates to you by mail, after 10 days I didn`t receive the plates, I trying to contact the dealer to solve the problem and send me the tracking number for the plates delivery, "if they have one", but now after the deal is done the whole scenario has changed, nobody returned the call, they said I need to open a ticket, every time they said they have a client or they have to speak to the manager, it`s being ridiculos, my recommendation is: " NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS PLACE", avoid nightmare. I am going to start this post saying that I wish I can give less than a star. I return my 2017 to the dealer for a check up, since the battery was low voltage and there were a couple lights on showing on give less than a star. I was initially advised at the dealer, that lights will disappear once the I replace the battery. After 3 months lights came back. Mechanic’s wanted to charge me a insane amount of money, and when I started to complaint I was extremely bad treated, discriminated as a women and offended with profanity words by one of the mechanics. Getting off from the dealer I met the Sales Manager who was extremely kind, and gentle. Sadly Shane Everret who is the GM, didn’t listen to me, and instead approved his employees behaviors by denying me to get my car checked at the dealer. Was greeted at the parking lot at the dealership which was a turn off but seems like it's like that at every dealership! The salesman was nice but was determined to sell me a car that day!
