Michael was superb with customer service and I purchased a brand new 2017 Outlander Sport for my 16 year old daughter from sales rep Michael Jackson. Michael was superb with customer service and very enjoyable to work with. He made sure to cover all features of the car with my daughter personally and we did not feel rushed at all. The worst experience ever This place says they want to put you into a new car. But they really are tying to manipulate you into a bad finance or purchase. They mark up the units price to the max and try to get you to pay %8 interest. They like to pat your back and make you feel nice , but they are nothing but a bunch of lowly xxxx trying to screw you into a mitsu. Don't fall for it! They will have several employees try to take over the sale to push you into a bad deal. I was ready to buy with cash in hand. But they are so incompetent and dishonest about the costs. I just left instead. The manager is total xxxxxxx as well, who walks around shaking hands while his employees are sticking it to people. Total xxxx bags here ! More
