No Hassle, Friendly Professional Staff I hate the whole process of buying a car. Something that I have put off because it is so unpleasant. I started on line with Karen Gonzolez....then the internet Manager Terri, who is very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly, When I arrived I was introduced to my my Sales Professional, Sara Heil, knowledgeable of the product and sincere, and again friendly. She made the buying experience less painful. Then the longest part of the process (literally hours) the financing part.....), Juan was great to work with and he too worked the financing to get the best deal. Oh and I did buy the bumper to bumper electronics warranty. He spent lots of time explaining this to me. I will keep my car for years, so it made sense. They make sure you understand what you are buying and what you are not. He seemed genuinely interested in me as the customer and appeared to love his job too. They all seem to be one big happy family, and didn't give the cut throat appearance that one might expect at a car dealership. I also like the way the direct you into the open parking spots in front of the dealership. They really make it easy to do business and they will make a great deal with you.
